Since its inception in 1992, Taft has gained a reputation as a master-developer of themed residential communities. Its first project was Palmas Verdes, with more than 200 house units, followed by Nichols Park, with a total land area of 4 hectares, and Palm Heights. It is at present, completing its fourth project, Hacienda Salinas, a Spanish-themed village in the heart of Cebu City.
